About the Project: To help build community and connections amongst the Match Group executive team, I partnered with the Montage Cabo to host a 3 night / 4 day leadership summit for 200 executives.

Each day consisted of a unique events program that I worked with the leadership team to build ranging from executive speaker series, learning & development workshops, lunch & learns, team building activities, onsite & offsite dinner party’s, unique brand activations, and a fully customized Match Made boat cruise!

This event played a central role in creating long-term business success across the company, and built lasting connections amongst colleagues & teams.
